PreK and K Pre-Registration NOW OPEN! If your child attended Pre-K in Dorchester County, you DO NOT need to fill out a registration form for Kindergarten. There are three choices to start the process: Complete the online Pre-Registration form, someone from the school will contact you. Call the school that your child will attend and leave a message with your name, your child's name, your child's date of birth, your address and phone number. April 29, 2020 - Superintendent's Letter to Parents and Guardians Dear Parents and Caregivers:               As you know, State Superintendent, Dr. Karen Salmon, announced that the school closure will continue through May 15th. Mental Health First Aid Training

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Mental Health First Aid is a FREE 8-hour course that teaches how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Dorchester County Public Schools is Bringing Active Shooter Response Training to Dorchester County Dorchester County Public Schools and the ALICE Training Institute have teamed up to bring ALICE Instructor Certification Training to Dorchester County.
